"When I came bk in drive thru after I quit the job. The manager was at the window had me sitting at the window for 20 minutes without cashing me out. She looked at me and rolled her eyes. I finally got my donuts with an attitude from an employee"

"I cannot drink real hot coffee. So I take it and start drinking it maybe 10 minutes later. That’s when I find out if they only added cream and if is fresh. About 1 of 5 times it’s not fresh and about 1 out of 8 times they screw up the order. Other times everything is fine. Just want to add that their prices are way too high. I’ve been doing a lot of McDonalds for $1 less."

"I would not recommend this Dunkin. There's no atmosphere since it's inside of a gas station. In addition to that I was not greeted although I did use the order kiosk instead of ordering at the register. I got a medium iced french vanilla coffee with cream and sugar. The coffee is awful. It tastes like burnt old coffee and like they used milk instead of cream. I won't use this Dunkin again."

"Been here a few times, no longer coming back even if location is convenient. Often times the food is cold when you get it and ice coffee is not always cold. The drive thru is excessively slow. They need to fix the intercom in the drive thru, on more than one occasion after having to yell my order they still get it wrong. No business should perform this badly on such a consistent basis."

"I stop at the drive thru frequently before work and the service is almost always fast and the staff is super friendly. Even when there's a mishap or mistake (we are all human) the staff is very apologetic and I still leave happy. A fun bonus: almost every time I've gone here, there's been a chain of people paying for the person behind them in line and it's a great feeling!"
