"I went here for my husband's birthday and gave them the code for the free drink. But they told us they were unavailable to give us the drink and was rude towards us, not even saying sorry and walked away. We got the drink last year and we would understand if the app was not working but while we were talking the worker walked away, ignoring what we are saying. The service is poor here and does not know how to treat a customer."

"I’ve been to this starbucks multiple times during lunch breaks and just on my own time as well. Usually the staff is great, the drinks are amazing and everything is awesome. Today though, I was unpleasantly surprised and disgusted. My drink today was served with lint that had a hair attatched to it. I couldn’t finish my drink after I noticed it, and it was just a really gross experience. Not happy with my service today."
