"I'm a Kohl's associate of 6 years, and Levi Jeans are probably the number one most returned item to our store. If you buy a pair of jeans in-store, I can guarantee they've been worn or washed before. Levi's quality has plummeted and their quality control is HORRIFICALLY bad. I cannot think of another company whose products vary so dramatically between batches. Customers always complain to me about Levi, and I didn't realize how awful they were until I recently ordered three pairs. I have a pair of 505's that are getting old, so I thought I'd replace them with a couple new colors. Despite ordering three pairs of the exact same size and fit (505/32x30's), not one of the pairs fit the same as the others. One pair was blatantly an inch longer than the others. In order to return the jeans, Levi is asking that I pay a ten dollar shipment cost. And because these three pairs straight up don't fit, I have no choice but to pay, despite that the shipping wasn't free to begin with... This company is not worthwhile to shop from any longer. You can get higher quality, similar products for cheaper now. When I work customer service, I take every opportunity to educate customers about Levi's predatory business practices and quality inconsistencies. Please stop shopping Levi's until they commit to improving their customer experience or AT LEAST until they can put a pair of jeans together consistently."
