"This review is for this particular location more than J.Crew Factory itself. Except for the one girl who kept offering unsolicited specific suggestions on what clothes would look good on me and my wife, I thought all of the employees were very helpful and actively trying to make sure we knew they were ready to help if we needed another size or anything. However, I ended up returning everything I bought here once I did some research online and realized the Factory stores sell lower quality merchandise than the main J.Crew stores (which, apparently, is sort of the main deal with outlet malls). I suppose the quality is fine, but I felt like I was paying a bit of a premium for clothes that probably weren't premium. So, everything about this particular location was great, but I'm not really a fan of the brand."

"I went to J.Crew for a few items I had seen on the website. When I walked in, several store associates looked at me but never spoke. I saw the same associates greeting other customers, asking to start fitting rooms, and just having a regular conversation. I assume maybe it was because I looked like I already knew what I wanted. I actually couldn't find a few sizes in a few items. It would've been nice if somebody would've asked if they could help. I guess it ended up working out better for me in the long run. I went over to banana republic and Brooks Brothers and received exceptional customer service and I was able to purchase all of the things I need for my upcoming vacation. If I have to give one piece of advice to the staff at J.Crew, it would be to treat each and every guess the same. Or at least make it seem like you're pretending to."
