The workers have an attitude with me over something they said and then I pay for less ice and still get a crazy amount of ice which is nuts. Store needs to do better. "I had ordered a large matcha latte on door dash from this dunkin location this morning. Once i took my latte out of the bag i noticed my drink was not filled up all the way as it should have been. I paid $15.78 for the drink & a muffin just for my drink to be less of the amount it should be, if that was the case i would’ve just got a medium."

"Been here three times this week, haven't had my order correct once. When I asked why that is, the manager responded with "Maybe we'll get it next time". Terrible leadership and management. This is how you train staff to respond when people are giving you their hard earned money? Wouldn't have wrote a review if it wasn't the complete disregard for the customer that I've had to deal with 3 times in one week."
