"I rather go to the Starbucks down the street from here. The lady or manager working middled aged with dark hair always isn’t that friendly or nice. Several occasions I’ve gone here she has a sourpus on her face. They’re out of ingredients for drinks that’s terrible for customers who want drinks. Because of the lack ingredients the lady working there I stopped going to this one. Do better Starbucks hire people with personalities and better attitude. I’m sure she’s hitting retirement or is forced to work and hates her job. It doesn’t look good for representing Starbucks or Jewl Osco. Th one down the street is the best! Great customer service there!"
