"Can’t EVER get it right. My dad and I come thru here constantly and get the same thing. Simple hot coffee they love putting cream when we say sugar only. Love giving black when we ask for a flavor. I worked at Dunkin’ a good 3 years and it’s not hard."

"I was walking to work and trying to order. The sign says open at 4am. I tried opened the door and knocking a few times. The employees ignored me even after making eye contact. I asked in the drive thru for help but I don't have a car so I was ignored there too. The service sticker says open at 4am. I was here at at 550am All I wanted was a coffee on my way to work. I will never give dunkin another dime as long as I live, and I have video recording of them ignoring me."

"First off whoever is cashier “66517 DT” took my order through the drive through. I asked for 3 chocolate long Johns, 2 chocolate chip muffins, and a small coolatta vanilla bean. Before even asking for the chocolate chip muffins, I made sure to ask. If she had any. She assured me “she did”. So I was like yay! Then I get my order. I look in the bag with the donuts, and I see regular donuts. So I was like this isn’t what I ordered. She didn’t really seem to care, and answered back. “We’ll we don’t have the long John you wanted anyway.” So I was like ok. That’s fine. Then I just got home look at my 2 muffins. They are definitely not chocolate chip, and stale af! Like yooo! Seriously I specifically asked if you had them in the first place, and you just give me whatever old muffins you have. I was not rude, I was polite, and she lied to my face! Don’t come to this Dunkin’ Donuts if you want a correct order, because you won’t get it. I called to speak to the store, but they don’t even have their voicemail set up! So now you get a review!"

"Went there yesterday at 5:25 pm.Thru the drive thru. Kept saying hello so someone could take my order. No one responded. Lights were on .They are supposed to be open until 6 pm. This is the second time this has happen to me. NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN . They don't care about doing business. I drove away.Went to the Starbucks up the street to get coffee. As I drove by dunkin donuts to go home here someone I saw a staff member walking around inside. What a way to discourage people not to come to your store. Pure laziness. Such a shame."

"I feel bad for owner coz who’s working in side of the store they take lot of time most of dunkin’s take only 1 or 2 minutes right but this one took 25 minutes in drive thru and it’s in the morning I was over there 9:10am and I took my order 9:35am and also I late for my work too.. so pls do something about it pls Food is good as usual I don’t have any complaint about food only I have complaint about service. Customer service is not good Thanks"
