"Horrible service. Drive through order was only 3 items. The girl was rude when I pointed out that I wanted a hot, not iced drink. Then I had to drive off without my food because apparently it takes 15 minutes to bring it to the window. I'm assuming she eventually came back with it. That bad experience wasn't free."

"The only part deserving of even 1 star is the guy who took my order who was sooo friendly. I ordered a half dozen donuts and they all look and feel so old. One of them doesn’t even look like it’s the right color. I also ordered a bagel and it was burnt beyond belief. I have tried coming to this location multiple times because it is close to my work but it is literally awful every time."
