"Probably the worst run dunkin coffees are as expensive as Starbucks but taste like chemical. They couldn't get the drinks hot if their lives depended on it. To make the experience worse, served me stale donuts. I have them multiple chances and they failed miserably every time. Sad!!!"

"SO DONE with this dunkin!!! they NEVER have oat milk. it’s ridiculous. i have wasted more trips there to find out they’re out. they’re ALWAYS OUT. wouldn’t it make sense to start ordering more so you have it in stock? no other dunkin has this issue."

"I really hope management looks at Google reviews. I never write these, but this location is so disorganized. Granted the staff is really nice, but I suggest to never place a mobile order here. They keep the orders waiting in the kitchen and you have to go up and ask if your order is ready. They just don’t look at mobile orders in general. I’ve waited 30 to 40 minutes for a mobile order three times now and each time they were ready, but in the back. Food was cold and drinks were melted. They don’t place them onto the mobile order rack. Several people waiting for orders and all of them ignored. A guy who ordered in store waited 20 minutes for a medium coffee with a splash of cream. Another man waited 20 minutes for a hot coffee that they got wrong twice. Again, I don’t care to write these, but the disorganization can’t be looked past."

"Horrible Dunkin in a great location. They are such a disservice to the brand. The gave me two mini bagels instead of three, then they had the nerve to give me ones that seemed like yesterday’s batch! They were dry and hard and looked reheated. I am appalled! They never have a good stock of donuts and they don’t even offer a receipt!"
