Taco Bell

"Took 2 hours to get my mobile order. The app wouldn't let me cancel it and there's no way I wasn't going to get the food that I paid for. More than 6 customers were there a minimum of 30 minutes waiting on their "fast food". By far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to and I'm glad there's another one close by. If they ever want to choose one to close because of that fact, I hope that this is the one they choose. Update: Still no word from corporate even after multiple attempts to get a response. Taco Bell has really gone down in customer service/satisfaction. Good thing there are better options in town. 2nd update... still ignored even when calling. Gotta love a big business that doesn't care about losing thousands of dollars a years."

"I really like taco bell. I understand they are short staff but those order machines I hate. It doesn't give you a print out receipt so that when you are getting food for someone else. I noticed when the crew was making the food none of them changed their gloves after they fixed so many orders also even though they have on the company cap they still need to have a hair scarf on their head while fixing food."

"This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They constantly mess up our orders. I also placed a mobile app order on 31 Dec, once I arrived for pick up, no one was in the store, lights were on, but nobody was home. I have yet to be refunded for my purchase, and it was a large order, and they do not answer thier phone, and corporate is not responding via the app either. I will never order from this Taco Bell again, I will drive the extra 5 minutes to either of the other ones in the area. This one, even with how new it is needs to be shut down, or at least have better managent/employees."

"Good news, we got all the food we ordered for the first time ever and it was fine. The bad news, I used the restroom while we were waiting…yes, that’s two sets of the gloves the employees use on the floor and an employee walked out right before I walked in."

"Hindsight , I should’ve read the reviews first and ate my toe nails instead. I placed a mobile order. The drive thru was wrapped around and outside the lot. I waited 45 minutes to an hour in the drive thru line. SERVICE : I had the pleasure of being acquainted with the most nastiest & condescending staff worker when picking up my order. I requested to modify my order . SERVICE: Her response verbatim : “ I’m not doing that “ “ don’t you see the drive thru line is long” I didn’t respond. I proceeded through the line & picked up my food. As you can see in the picture I waited almost over an hour for soggy tacos . I don’t know this individual’s name but she has a black and pink android case on her phone ( she had her phone in hand while handing my order) and she wore a blonde wig tied in a bun. Very disgusting disposition and attitude. Of course I will never be back. I’ll be filing a professional complaint with the Better Business Bureau and consumer protection bureau. I recommend never going to this location no matter what time of day it is."
