"Ordered online at 7:06PM on 12/2/23. Apps says it will be ready at 7:21 pm. I get there at 7:20 and go to the pick up area. No sandwiches. I watch a family of three order and then another guy order and get their food before I'm even acknowledged. They made eye contact with me several times. Finally the employee asked if I wanted to order (I'm still next to the carry out area). I told him I'm waiting on my food that was supposed to be ready. They ask me the names and they frantic look around for the order slip and it is sitting on the counter and no one knew who pulled it off. It's 7:30. I finally get my 2 sandwiches at 7:33. My son's sandwich had some peppers and onions on it which the order clearly had labeled "no pepper and onions". There was 3-4 employees in there. It wasn't busy by any means. After reading other reviews, there seems to be an issue with online orders getting processed. My sandwich was okay, but nothing to write home about."
