"Service is extremely slow!! Took almost 25 mins to get 20 burgers and some fries. When we got into the drive thru there was one vehicle ahead of us. When we left a minimum of 4 cars were behind us, on the side just waiting for food. Could see several people inside just standing there doing nothing. We live in Fairview Heights less than one mile from this location. I will be driving 15 minutes to Belleville or Shiloh to get sliders from now on. I see many complaints about this same problem but doesn't seem like the owner is trying to fix the issue."

"Twice, I've tried this White Castle, and twice I've had to back out of the drive-thru. It's frustrating that they don't communicate when something isn't right, leaving customers waiting indefinitely. Transparency would greatly improve the experience."

"The service was poor,I askd for salt n pepper naps,didn't get em, the sliders were horriable,the shrimp was undercookd I basically pd 25 bucks for indigestion for two days.! We go to MO. several locations and always 4 or 5 star!"

"The food was amazing!! The staff was great and worked as a team like I've never seen! But the inside is very dirty! You can tell it has not been cleaned especially the bathrooms!"

"About 30 minutes ago I ordered a double cheeseburger meal with cheese fries. I didn't check the order before I drove away,, as I had to pick my son up from school and was in a hurry. When I got home and opened the bag, I only had 1 double cheeseburger - it should have been two; no cheese on the fries, and 2 overcooked chicken sandwiches. It wouldn't have been so bad had I been able to eat the other sandwiches as that would have made up for missing what I really wanted."
