"Didn't receive everything in order was missing chicken tenders. Asked for the Inconvenience could they give me a order of fries was told no. I live in Fairview Heights order from this location because I work near by. Order was suppose to be 8 piece chicken with 8 tender, large mashed potatoes, cole slaw and fries. This was dinner for me and children that night. So this was for sure was an Inconvenience. I didn't ask for whole meal to be replace but just that they give a order of fries that's all. I usually buy from this location not just for me but for my customers. I will not return."

"Worst service ever. Unprofessional, rude and one person standing there on their cellphone. Called in a simple order. Was told 15 minutes. Got there, and they were out of one item, so I substituted. Long story short, waiting another 40 minutes. Non apologetic. Got home, still had items missing. I will never go there again and don't recommend it to anyone. Totally sucked...would have given a zero rating if there was a choice for it...unbelievable."

"Salty chicken. I'd like it if they served grilled and baked chicken. And steamed vegetables, pita bread and banana bread, hushpuppies and corn nuggets . And bring back their parfait that they served in the early 90s."

"The young ladies in the drive thru were very rude. Slammed window in my face and yelled at me after I asked a question. The manager refused to give their names. Tried calling corporate, took them 6 days to return my call. Overall they still work there so the manager nor corporate cares how their customers that spend their hard earned money are treated!"

"was second person in line to order food. took about 10 minutes for the person in front of me to order, and another 5 minutes before the order taker asked if I had placed an order yet. the person that finally took my order, walked and/or looked over to the counter (where I was standing) at least 10-15 times in that 15 minutes. took another 5 minutes to get my food. while waiting for my food, another customer came in and the manager took his order almost immediately. the manager also looked over at the counter at least a dozen times, while I was in that 15 minute hold pattern. Terrible service This place should be shut down. I don't ever order chicken from here, only the pot pie and Cole slaw. Their chicken is NASTY!!! There was also a couple of teenagers laying down in the booths having not ordered anything...just wanting to take a nap I guess."
