"I asked for a hamburger plane. I received the cheeseburger a medium fry. I received a small fry a banana shake. I received vanilla ice cream. It was 10:02 and I gave him $15 and The young man gives me $4.80 so I asked for my $0.18. What the hell is going on? Clean that place up or shut it down. I see why I haven't been there in over 8 years. And I'll never go back!!!!!"

"I was on a work detail and ordered our lunch online. I had a friend go pick up my order, in which they told him they were out of ice cream, but refused to refund my money. I hope corporate sees this and someone contacts me. Not happy at all. Will NEVER eat here again. I even tried to call the restaurant and nobody answered. The burger was supposed to be ONLY ketchup, mustard and cheese on the burger. The monsterella fries were cold. The staff was rude. Just an overall BAD experience."

"Probably the WORST drive thru experience ever. They make you drive to other side of building after ordering so they can make you sit an wait. Over 22 minutes waiting and we were 2nd in line. People were coming to the window complaining. And to find out after waiting the 22 minutes our food had been sitting there ready for over 15 minutes. We could see them open the bags, remove the items, open the sandwiches and rewrap them several times during the 22 minute wait. The employees were inside arguing the entire time. Class act clown show and I will NEVER be back. That I can promise. I'd rather miss a meal than eat $32 worth of cold fries and burgers. I'm ashamed to even give this place 1 star."

"Employees are rude, food is almost always wrong, lines are terrible. If you can actually manage to get the correct food then it’s worth it. But otherwise any other place is 1000x better than this place. I had to go thru once to get my food now I’ve been waiting 45+ minutes in their line and I still haven’t reached the window again. I definitely will not choose to spend my time or money at this location. Update: got home after waiting 1hr 30 minutes total, my burger was still messed up and smashed (attached picture) & Fries were cold. I definitely won’t be going back to this location nor the other Belleville location because I know they’re owned by the same person. Sucks that I’ll have to drive 20+ minutes to get rallys. *DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS RALLYS LOCATION* I definitely will be calling corporate/management because waiting an 1hr 30minutes for food that’s messed up is just ridiculous especially considering this is “fast food” establishment"
