"pitiful. taco bell food is pretty good, but your lazy, lousy staff made me get back in the car and return the $17 meal I paid for to get my money back.... disgusting, cool to room temp, cheese not melted , warm wilted lettuce in the Mexican pizza (they dont even come with lettuce!!!!) made me want to puke almost as much as the wet shell made me dry heave. people pay good money for a decent meal, if i pay $17 for my son and myself to eat dinner, you damn well better believe it will be warm, fresh and not slipped together, lazily made and disgusting, or you'll be refunding me. I won't be back to this location... absolutely pitiful. I hope you have to close it down. went back today to give a 2nd chance because tacos sounded good. my son said 'they're just going to screw it up again!' well, the 12 yr old was right. I ordered him 3 soft tacos with no lettuce.... except when we got home, THERE WAS NO CHEESE ON THEM BUT PLENTY OF LETTUCE! Unbelievable.... my 'hard shell' tacos ripped on bottom from being wet and the meat was not even what I'd consider 'warm'.... if you set room temp cooked ground beef outside for 5 mins in 70 degree weather, it was about that warm. NEVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN. Minimum wage at $15? This crew doesn't deserve $3 an hour. Unacceptable and pitiful. Morons already ran steak n shake into the ground, this taco bell is next. time to wake up and get it together, dummies. 2/29/24 Went back again because I was in a rush... got rewarded with a pube in my chicken taco and wilted lettuce with less than an oz of chicken.. I got more pubes than chicken. Unreal."

"The place was super busy on 1-10 and they also had the lobby open as well, there were only 2 employees there with over 12 orders and not only were they extremely friendly the food was amazing!! The poor guys should not have had to keep the lobby open though, that’s sad on managements part. Door dash orders were also exactly what they were supposed to be as well, my chicken chipotle melt was actually melted and didn’t just have a glob of chipotle in the middle… yummy!!"

"About the only thing that went right with my order is that it was ready for pickup quickly and the staff was friendly to me upon arrival/entrance into the store. Unfortunately, they only got 1/2 of my order right. I guess it's extremely difficult to leave sour cream off two burritos when that's how you ordered them. Save your time, money and frustrations and pick a different Taco Bell location or a different dining option all together."

"So I walked in a was told only way I could order was to use self serve kiosk. Chicken Quesadilla would have been $6.19 and soft taco supreme $2.89, so for >$9.00+ tax I could wait on myself! Chose Margaritas West about half mile down the street. Had a polite server and complimentary chips and salsa and spent the same. Spend me money local."
