"After another location I had ordered from was closed , Lucio was the man ! Really wanted a whopper and he chose to still service me 3 min from closing. Didnt have to since I wasnt considering being that guy but he insisted and well deserved good rating if you ask me !"

"Just don’t. Drive to Lake Zurich. This location is just bad. You will wait in the drive through line for an unreasonable amount of time. Your food will be low quality/incorrect. You will question your decision to ignore these 1 star reviews."

"They didn’t want to give me my food I got from my rewards and I order online and everything was good till I went to drive thru they didn’t want to give me my order because I didn’t buy anything but that’s why rewards worst location ever!!!"

"Only ones working their butts off back there are young women, like high school or college. There was 2 of them and it looked like they were the only staff. 4 stars to those ladies who were clearly overwhelmed and should have quit on the spot. Burger King, shame on you. Pay better and get staff in your stores! Those Women didn't deserve the stress you caused them by leaving them alone. Get better staff and pay them so we can have quality food."

"The whopper they gave me was disgusting. They obviously weren't paying attention to how much mayo or whatever they put on this burger, so faster than the speed of light, it becomes a soggy and LUKEWARM mess. It's not like I'm about to not eat what I just spent money for. Never get a burger with condiments pre-applied, ever."
