"I am 3mins from the Island Lake location, but I started driving the extra 5mins to this location instead. Getting my signature lattes done right, & my hot foods getting heat up properly is so basic you’d think every dunkin would do it right, but the Island Lake location has that issue. Glad this store keeps it right & consistent every time"

"This is the 7th time getting food from this location and the order is not correct. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and it came on a croissant. I will no longer be going to this location moving forward. I will recommend the location in Lakemoor, they do a killer job there. Here is the address 209 Rand Rd, Lakemoor, IL 60051."

"Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I ordered a turkey sausage/egg sandwich, but what I received can only be described as a culinary disaster. First and foremost, the bread was atrocious. It was not only well-burnt; it was practically incinerated! I don't know how someone in the kitchen managed to turn a simple piece of bread into charcoal, but Dunkin' somehow accomplished this feat. But the horrors didn't end there. When I finally mustered up the courage to take a bite (despite the blackened bread), I was shocked to find that the turkey sausage patty was missing entirely! It's as if they decided to play a cruel game of hide-and-seek with my breakfast. Feeling frustrated and betrayed by Dunkin', I went to request a refund. To my utter disbelief, the staff seemed indifferent to my complain and refused to provide me with a refund. They offered no explanation, and no solution. It's as if they thought that serving burnt bread and forgetting the main ingredient was somehow acceptable. This experience was beyond disappointing; it was downright infuriating. Dunkin', you have failed me in every possible way. Not only did you serve me a sandwich that was inedible due to burnt bread and missing ingredient , but you also showed a complete lack of customer service by denying a simple refund."

"Its really very good. With the new manager it’s the best! For real That dunkin donuts it’s better! Very friendly. And you need to go and see with your eyes!!!! But just the problem it’s gabriela she’s in Morazas la michoacana and know that store will do the worts. So be carful guys cuz when she the owner, probably sell the expired stuff Like dunkin my neighbor’s! Be safe!"

"This Dunkin has been ran by rude staff who never have a smile on their face. The have someone new today who was older who I’ve never seen before who had a spirited attitude but that was a first. Anyways. This dunkin never gets orders right and needs to be told exactly how things have to be done. I get an avacado toast everywhere and they always get it right except this dunkin. Sometimes they forget to put bacon in general or never toast the bread! First Picture will be from a different dunkin and next 3 will be from wauconda dunkin. Today I found a beard or mustache thick hair in my box. Gross. Please change out the staff. My job is right next to here so this sucks that it’s the only dunkin that I pass and I unfortunately have to deal with my food being made incorrectly and just cut up my bacon, toast it and sprinkle it myself. Sad."
