"The customer service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! The manager on duty argued with my husband on the phone telling him he is a liar about his order!!! We read our order to the woman verbatim and she still denied all our items on the order!!! We are missing items and she didn't even apologize....she said well what do you want to do? Then hung up. She was very unprofessional, rude and condescending!!!"
"Friday 10/06/23 @ 7pm Went through drive thru my total was 4$ and some change, I gave cashier 2 $5 bills and she gave me cents back and not the 4 dollars. She automatically closed window and walked away. After she eventually came back I told her what happened and she left, the manager came and asked what I needed. I told her what happened and I waited about 5 min while the manager talked to the cashier. Apparently cashier told the manager I gave her 6$ and the manager pulls out 6$ from register and says that’s what I gave. I said I did not give her 6$, she closed the window, waited and then gave me the right change. She didn’t apologize or say anything she just Closed the window and walked away. Worst service ever. Will not be returning back to this location."
"Any other time I go It’s usually good here. However tonight my boyfriend stopped for just 2 QPC and a rootbeer, completely empty there were 3 cars in the parking lot. Both burgers had no toppings! That’s a special kind of laziness right there"
