"The new pretzel bun baconator was delicious. Food was fresh, hot and served in a timely manner. Restaurant seems busy every time I go lunch or dinner and there was a lengthy wait to order. The restrooms were fairly clean but you could tell they would need cleaned again shortly. Most of the tables were clean but some needed cleaning and the condiment island needed to be restocked and wiped down some. Overall by far a great place to eat with friendly service"

"Wendy's Taylorville, Illinois service is very bad anymore! Can't get orders correct! If you go inside to order if the drive up has a line: there's a gentleman help cooking and you can hear him loudly complaining about the customers coming inside thinking that they're going to get faster service and continues to complain about the customers!! You can also here the same gentleman through the drive up complaining about the same things!! How very very unprofessional is that??"

"Food and service were amazing, but the outside trash cans are getting really overfilled and I think that they could be taken out, but other than that everything was amazing."

"Every random time I go through the Drive thru and order like a potato with sour cream or order a salad with a specific side towards it. I always do not get them and have to go park my car to go inside the lobby to ask for them. Why can’t it be that simple to just get those sides or toppings that are suppose to come with the items? Not to mention in the 1st 30 minutes of opening in the mornings, no one is taking orders through the drive thru. I understand they might be short staff or having a bad time, but it’s very consistent when I go randomly. I very rarely leave a review. Hope it gets better"

"Food was perfect, store was etremely clean, staff were extra friendly. Our host, Jessica took great care of us and paid special attention to my children, she is awesome what a great person they have there. May God bless them all."
