"Bought some iced coffee, got home and noticed there was a cut on the side of the cup that leaked more than half of the coffee into my cup holder."

"I visited this dunkin donuts today around 4pm and the cashier who also said she was the manager was extremely rude and needs to be fired. She cut me off as I was placing my order, got it wrong when I got to the window and got an attitude, tried to gaslight me and tell me what I ordered, walked away from the window, didn’t come back until I blew the horn multiple times and then get this…she told me next time to find a different Dunkin Donuts to go to!!! Would not recommend this establishment and I will make it my holiday project to ensure she’s fired."

"Avoid location all together , horrible experience, very rude staff. When my debt card is thrown at me through drive thru window, and I have to open my door to pick up.....no, I'm sorry or anything. It's incredibly sad that employees think it's acceptable to treat a customer so poorly."

"The lady in the back who cooks the food is amazing. She has an incredible smile and great attitude. She goes out of her way to say hello and delivers your food to you. However the gal at the register got my order wrong. I asked, “I’d like to get a turkey sausage egg and cheese sandwich. Oh— what’s it called?— Can I get it on a multigrain bagel?” It came back on a plain bagel. Normally I wouldn’t gripe about it. I’m the last person to do that. I just want to eat. Gimme food. But I’ve been trying to watch my sodium intake because my family has a serious issue with heart disease. I’m broke and in between homes and can’t afford nice healthy food. This is the best I can do right now."

"This Dunkin donuts is attached to a BP gas station so you can fill up then go fill yourself up with coffee and a donut or breakfast sandwich. They also have a drive thru so you don't even have to go inside after getting gas and paying at the pump you can just use the drive thru. The donut selection is limited but they have all the coffee you can drink. The inside is clean and the staff is quick and friendly but they don't have much room inside though."
