"The person in the drive-thru window was conducting personal business. I saw the person in the car giving items to the Starbucks worker. A big line was created. I requested the manager on site and explained. She is very young and obviously didn't know how to handle. She sided with her staff. I told her to look at the cameras. Terrible customer service!"

As it is becoming harder to find and experience quality service these days, the district manager needs to utilize this particular location as an exemplary model for training purposes.
