"I placed a mobile order. When I picked it up at the window they asked me to pull up and wait. There was no one behind me. It was no problem. By the time my order came out it was about five minutes. For my two items. Which was completely wrong. When I called it out to the worker he goes what does the ticket say. It should be verified before coming out the customer. This Dunkin’ has really gone downhill and has not been the first time they have messed up the order."
"I hate leaving this review because there are 2 guys there that are so great, but I have had consistent quality issues. Today was the last straw, I placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up they were just completely closed. I get emergencies happen, but surely someone could have turned off mobile ordering. I’ve now had to sit on corporate for 20 min trying to get a refund because it was a $25. In addition to this, there is a lady that works there ( typically making the sandwiches) who has made us late for appointments because even though I pre-order we have still had to wait 15+ min and sometimes our eggs are still cold. I guess it’s my fault for continuing to come here all these years. Today was the last time, I’ll go to the west Chicago location, where I’ve never had a single item that was bad or a super long wait."
"Follow up. For the last 2 weeks, my orders have been correct. Thank you for correcting the issues I was having. I will continue to get my morning coffee from this location. I would go here at least 4 days a week on my way to work. I order a large hot coffee extra extra, large carmel ice coffee with cream and liquid sugar, and bacon egg and cheese wake-up wrap. Well, last week 3 out of the 4 times I was there, my coffee was made incorrect. Also, yesterday I got to the driver thur at 510am if you open at 5 am serve your customers. I pulled around, and the lady looked at me and just turned around. If it happens again, I won't ever return."

"Could have took your time with the sandwich. You burned both sandwiches. That’s unacceptable. You didn’t even toast one side that was still soft. It was not even good. You could have done better with the food."
