"I'll never go back here, I got a frozen coffee that was not even full, plus I asked for whipped cream and didn't get that. I wouldn't have minded if they didn't fill it all the way as long as it had some whipped cream on top. The employees look like they could care less. I wanted to go back, but I didn't want them to spit in my food. I paid $7 bucks for a half full frozen coffee? Unbelievable!"

"Personally there was one employee, never caught his name who was laid back and was super nice haven’t seen him here in a while just new employees who are so rude and have such an attitude no matter what. I get having an attitude to a customer who comes in being rude, demanding and entitled but to have an attitude to even the people who come in with a smile on their faces and being polite and patient with these rude employees is actually ridiculous. There is no reason an employee should roll their eyes at me and say “Get out you can’t have any food we’re closing in a minute” at 5:20 you guys don’t close till 6 or 7 please get it together its embarrassing and disappointing.."

"So unreliable. I never know if I got what I ordered or just an "Artist interpretation" of the items. Some days you get what you more or less expected, other days they make you guess your own memory. Ordered a grilled cheese and got cheese slices between sourdough slices. It would have been nice if it had actually been grilled for more than 5 seconds to melt the cheese and warm the bread. Ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich and same deal, but with the extra disappointment of the eggs being simply one of those egg discs they put in the smaller round sandwiches. That's not what the menu shows and not what I remember from previous times. Unfortunately I only noticed when I got back home and had no time to go back and complain about it in person."
