"Why is this location still open. The management is horrible, never has the lobby unlocked. What is corporate doing? YUM Brands don't care? -Still too lazy to post a "Lobby Closed" sign! At 11:15 am Monday. This is the slowest Taco Bell in St Charles. The lobby is always locked and drive thru wrapped around the lot. Very confusing experience, while waiting in drive thru, again doors are locked, 2 different people came out of the building with bags of food. Weird."

"This is the Taco Bell right by me & I’ve been coming here for YEARS. Used to be the best one around the area & it has gone downhill completely. The food is constantly cold, the service isn’t always friendly. They like to argue about giving out sauces ?! Then I get home and the grilled cheese nacho fries have SEVEN (7)!!!! Fries in it!!!! Are you kidding me? I guess the didn’t feel like working today. I’m done with Taco Bell."

"Yikes! What happened? 3 years ago this was my favorite taco bell. We just ordered, it wasn't busy, and are missing HALF of our $50 order and no straws or napkins... we had to turn around and ask for our money back. Icing on the cake was the young girl at the drive through window who sounded like she'd rather eat glass than talk to us..."

"Arguably the worst Taco Bell I’ve been too in a while. First, the accuracy of the order was way OFF!! Missing several tacos and a burrito. Performance was awful too, just plain slow. They forgot to ask if I wanted twists with my cinnamon. I’m getting tired of the we are short etc excuse that’s on the owners perhaps they should help themselves before they shut down. Oh did I mention perhaps if the employees weren’t so concerned about vaping while making orders maybe there would’ve been better results."

"Absolutely fantastic team working at this Taco Bell. Had it not been for them I would not have gotten home because I popped a tire and my parents were out of town. One of the six team members had a car jack in their vehicle and raised my car to get the spare I had. They were all very chill about the situation and were glad to help. Basically the team is top notch in the friendliness department. I’ve gone here a few times before and they’re food is consistently good as well."
