THE SERVICE WAS GREAT, COURTESY (OUTSTANDING ) THE HOLE NINE YARDS. I REMEMBER GOING TO WHITE CASTLE BACK IN THE 50's YOU TALK ABOUT GOOD EATING, THE FOOD IS STILL KICKING YOU KNOW WHEN YOU'RE OUT FOR THE COUNT AND THE BED IS CALLING YOU. WHAT A CHOICE."

I ordered from There last night and there was black hair in the sliders and cheese fries. 10 out of 10 would not recommend this location. Spent over $70 there and for the food to come out the way it did is a huge disappointment. Ended up ordering Imos pizza as a back up."

"First time visit to this location and it will be the last. We waited in the drive thru line for over forty minutes. The manager or male cashier was taking orders with a very rude and unprofessional attitude. As I always state within my reviews, I can always understand when businesses are experiencing pandemic issues. However, what I refuse to understand is terrible customer service. After all consumers are still supporting your business. The food was lacking the usual great taste. When my partner asked for extra napkins (they only gave us two with our entire order) we were handed just one napkin. The overall atmosphere was terrible. Just a terrible experience all across the board. If you don't like what you do at your job- change your career."

"First visit to White Castle and it was delicious. The restaurant was clean inside and outside. Nicely decorated with White Castle pics and had a TV mounted on the wall. The menu was easy to order from. Me and my husband ordered the sharing pack which came with 10 White Castle burgers (we added cheese), two fries, and two drinks. My son ordered two chicken sliders, fries, and drink. The burgers came in individual cartons and was very good. The buns were very soft and everything was juicey. Fries were crispy and hot. Very fulfilling! We couldn't finish the share pack. Enjoyed my visit!!"
