"This is the 2nd bad experience in a row. The price has skyrocketed from what it used to be. Unfortunately, that seems to be the case everywhere so I get it. Last time we got a delivery the food was cold and soggy. I chalked it up to an off night. But reading other reviews, it seems to be a theme. Tonight we ordered pastas and very disappointed especially for what the cost was. Both meals had very little taste/bland. One pasta the cheese was very hard and chewy. The other one was with meatballs and the one meatball was literally dry and crusty like it had been left in hot sauce/ burned. Both breads were stale and not good. I used to be a weekly to bi-weekly customer but unfortunately this was my last go at it. Quite a few other options in town that I will be enjoying. 2 stars given because the counter person and the person that brought the food out was the only positive thing about the visit."

"We used to love this place. I ordered a 3/4 sausage and green pepper and the other 1/4 cheese. There was hardly any toppings on it. I'm not sure what's happened to this place. Also, when I came in to pick up the pizza, it was sitting on a shelf in the lobby without any heat source to keep it warm. It was nearly room temperature when eaten. This is two bad experiences in a row now, one dine in and this was a pick up. You've lost my business."

"First time getting this pizza on a recommendation from a coworker. Absolutely worth it especially if your trying to feed the house and just make a stop on the way home. Really cool to be able to place the order in advance and pull around to the back to grab and go. Great tavern style thin crust pizza. Sauced appropriately so it doesn't get soggy. Decent amount of toppings. Good crunch too the crust. Over all one of the better pizzas in Lake County. If you want some solid food for an honest price this is your place to stop in or order to go!"

"The is the best Pizza establish in northern Illinois! The atmosphere is warm and cozy and quite clean. The egg rolls and quesadilla caught my eye, and I'm thrilled to say that my taste buds were in for a treat. Throughout the meal, Krystal and Elizabeth checked in on the guests, ensuring everyone was satisfied. Their commitment to customer satisfaction added an extra layer of warmth to the dining experience, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just a customer."

"We ordered a half sausage and extra cheese pizza mushrooms wings and breaded cauliflower. When delivered the pizza could not even tell what side the sausage was or even where it was. The wings were doubtfully cooked and cold and more so the cauliflower was mushy. We called back to the restaurant and they redelivered the same thing a pot of mush cauliflower This is the worst service we've ever had from this restaurant"
