"Excellent experience with Grand, from purchase to install. Mike S. at the Grand on Rollins Rd was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me decide which washer to purchase. Normally don't purchase the warranty, and Mike was not pushing it. He just laid out the important facts, which I found to be very generous as warranties go. Purchased on a Friday night, and installed following Monday morning. Communication with delivery was great, I could even track where the truck was in relation to my house, with an eta for arrival!"

"This store had a nice inventory selection to choose from considering it wasn’t that big of a store. I was pleasantly surprised! Prices were very reasonable and the salesman was great! They even did a price match! Another plus was that they are able to deliver my double oven within a 2 day time frame! This is a huge blessing, as we will be able to have it installed by Christmas Eve. It would have been a bit hard to have to cook a prime rib roast on the grill this time of year! lol I definitely recommend you checking them out."
