White Castle

"On Feb 25th when I went to WC the drive thru was pretty long so I decided to go inside, there were only a couple of people ahead of me but too bad for me one was a grave case, which normally is okay but there were only 3 people working, 1 on the drive thru grill, 1 on the dining room grill and 1 at the window. I know finding help now days is rather difficult so I understand the 3 person staff. I'm only giving a 5 STAR for service because of the dining room grill person, DANTE was doing all he could do to keep up and was busting his but to do so and still had a good attitude, so GUDOS to DANTE."

"Rude staff. Will have you waiting in line to order for 20 min then when it's your turn, will tell you that they are closed. Never seen a white castles close except Wentzville location"

"VERY slow. The crave case customer in front of me (drive through) should've been asked to pull forward. Their order was quite slow, but my two burgers and order of onion rings was also quite slow. I hope they get better."

"Waited 45 minutes for the order to be ready when we ordered ahead. Very rude staff. We were pulled after sitting at the window for 10 minutes and waited another 20 minutes for our food only for the man making it to stroll out singing a song about taking his time with no apology and flipped us off and the food was old, cold and missing pickles. Corporate will be contacted."

"Drove through. First time at this location. Will be my last. Ordered #3. The patties were not cooked well raw in middle. Having to wait a long period should have been cooked well. Ordered 2 Sloppy Joes but was told not ready. What?? Trash at drive through window - looks like not cleaned up from day before possibly two days."
