"Every once in a while I like to go with my girlfriend and try my luck at gambeling (eventhough it never usually works out in my favor!) I have come to Chen's a few times and have to say it is always disappointing, from the lack of items behind the bar in stock to the non existent snacks that you see at all the other places to the overall atmosphere which reeks of 'on the cheap'. But that is only a sign of what is wrong with a place that is probably the worst 'casino' operation I have even been in. There is zero customer service or care by any employee when there are issues with their machines or the ATM's. They tell you it's not their problem or issue if the ATM malfunctions or a game does the same. It's all of a sudden someone else's problem, yours or the ATM 'owner'. To my point I came in on Friday November 8th and went to withdraw $100 from the ATM machine. I was given an error message on the machine 'unknown problem occured. We are unable to reverse the transaction at this time. dispensed $0.00, amount due $0.00'. But they deducted the $100 plus the $3.50 fee and then two days later the additional $2.00 fee out of my back account right then and there. I received zero but yet had a straigt up withdrawal of the full amount from my bank account. Not a pre-authorization, but an authorized charge. I went to the person working up front who said it was not their issue and that they would call the ATM tecnician. The technician never showed up. They took my info and copies of the ATM receipts showing my charge and no pay plus wrote down the error code information with my phone number and name. No call or anything the next day. Just a poorly run business."

First of all let me acknowledge your feelings of feeling uncared for and violated. I can promise you that was never and will never be the intent of any of my staff. I do wish you would have spoken to me first about what happened so I could have reassured you in person of that. Perhaps the situation would not have escalated had you mentioned to the staff this person was bothering you because my staff is trained on how to handle that. So again I greatly apologize for the incident and please feel free to stop by and get my direct phone number from the staff if you would like to discuss this matter more. "Im sorry but Amy, the fact the i had to tell your bartender about people approaching people during gaming. I just sat in your gaming area with witnesses as well to this. I told a lady to please stop talking to me, three separate times, next thing she does is turn around and comes back to where im sitting and grabs my leg. Ive been told by your bartender, that she is mentally unstable, THIS STILL GIVES NO RIGHT FOR HER TO TOUCH ME. Ive have told her bartender this is unacceptable and he made her leave after the fact of me telling her i will call the cops. You, as a bartender, can refuse service to people who are uncapable to handle their alcohol. This place is suppose to be peaceful. I feel violated and uncared for. The other women I was sitting by also told me that the previous bartender litterally told her, "what do you want me to do about it?" If this is how your staff is trained to handle situations like this, i promise you, this is way its always empty."
