Starbucks

"Wanted to love this Starbucks so much based on its locatoin and shiny new store, but after visisting a few times there are some glaring issues. These past few weeks there is lady who takes the orders in the dirve-thru in the moring who talks so much, it actually backs up the line to the point where I have backed out of the line a few times. She starts this whole long thing about do you want to buy food, blah, blah, blah. They are 7 cars deep and and shes asking for names for the orders. Its drive-thru at 7 a.m., were all lined up!! Lets use some efficeny, cut the chatting and lets get the line moving. Also within the last few weeks I am noticing that every cold dirink is filled to the absolute top with ice. If you are looking for a wildly inefficent drive-thru, a overly chatty order taker in the morning when they have huge lines and cold coffee drinks that are filled all the way to the top with ice, then this is your place. Also trying to get accross 31 at this time is going to cause a very serious accident."

"A nice Starbucks and good service. The staff was friendly and the lobby was very clean. Cozy holiday decorations are a bonus, makes the place feel warm and inviting. I also appreciated the music not being so loud. Some Starbucks really have the music blasting haha."

"Nice starbucks with good tables for work, music is a bit on the higher side but nothing a noise canceling headphones can’t handle. Drinks ordered in house are fast, have not had any problems."
