Panera Bread

"I should know better. Got home with half my order, AGAIN. Thought I could trust it because it was sealed and the receipt was checked off. Prices are borderline ridiculous and a “cup” of soup is literally 1 “cup” and $6.49! Manager gave me a $5 voucher, just covers my missing item, nothing for the inconvenience or gas to return. Think this is finally my last visit."

"The lights are so insanely bright inside the building bring your sunglasses. You can no longer see what breads and bagels are available / left they are hiding them in back so now it’s a long wait to the register to find out they don’t have an item you were hoping for. The poor customer service isn’t like Panera and I attribute to the store being new. Food is excellent as always."

"Staff friendly but asked for chicken noodle soup and mostly got broth and no noodles & 2 pieces of chicken… Called got my refund only on the soup but what I didn’t notice until after the call was my chocolate croissant was super super hard & dry like I couldn’t even try enjoying it if I tried… What is this?? That’s what you call chocolate??? Looks a month old & was super Nasty. Definitely regret taking just ONE bite. SMFH I should definitely get a refund on my whole order. This is crazy what I was given and I paid for. Never ever EVER coming back. Disgusting and can’t believe anybody would serve this"
