"My Order this evening was an online purchase at our Chick -Gil-A here in Springfield. A couple things are very clear. Their team is above and beyond any other fast food chains. The courtesy training of their employees stands out. This restaurant ( because of its popularity) recently expanded their footprint to accommodate more parking and upgrade the drive up lanes. Our order was for two salads which are not started until you identify yourself in their drive up lanes. With the on- line prepayment it was a breeze from there."

"There were 2 pieces of small black hair in my Mac and cheese, the manager David Flores refunded me 9 bucks but refused the other 4 bucks for the chicken. He said “ did you bring the chicken back” No I ate it first, which made me think maybe he thought I placed the hair on there, Anyway; it was 2 small black pieces of coiled hair. One piece still had a hair seed on it like it was plucked from a pubic area. He constantly offered me coupons, he was apologetic but refused 4 bucks because 4 bucks is a huge deal right, but offering free coupons simultaneously. Makes perfect sense."

"I recently visited the Chick-fil-A drive thru and was happy with the delicious waffle fries and Mac n cheese! The wait time at this location can sometimes be a bit lengthy, but the friendly staff at the drive thru window made it worth the wait. The waffle fries were the best I've ever had and the Mac n cheese was a great addition to the meal. If you're in the area and looking for a delicious treat, I highly recommend giving this location a try!"
