"Great place with great service! I took my son in for a problem that we couldn’t figure out (I even broke my drill trying) and also had a car dealership try with no luck. I came in and worked with John who went way above and beyond to help us. He was able to get it and also helped us in the future too. I can’t thank him enough, Great man and Ace is very lucky to have him."

Just got wood delivered, while there were some communication challenges regarding the actual delivery (-1⭐️) the overall experience was good. "They are remodeling the store so the whole front seems like it will cater to large item purchases like grills and lawnmowers. The back of the store feels underutilized. Wish they would focus on items homeowners need to grab and go, because nobody wants to run around a huge store for a lightbulb. Conversely, I doubt many will come here for their next backpack blower. Speaking of lightbulb, Meijer has a better selection and quantity of bulbs in the same real estate. That's a grocery store, come on guys. Need to work on filling those empty shelves. At least the employees are helpful and apologetic when I leave empty-handed."

"I needed a very small amount of mortar for a project. I didn't need an 80 pound bag that the big box stores were selling. My dad suggested to check my local Ace. I never considered it. What a great suggestion! Thanks dad! Anyway, Ace had everything I needed, and some. The employees all were very friendly and all asked if I needed any help. Will definitely keep them in mind for future DIY projects."
