"Update, I am changing my review, I had to take my issues up the ladder just to get decent service because the store did not care. This order was a special order stove they don't carry in the store, so any range over 30" is special order. Because of this I had one mishap after another. The range finally arrived and looks great! There are process improvements I hope are being addressed at this store. If you sell a special product or higher end, training should happen and the vendor should insure that stores selling their products know how to handle it. Stuff happens, but when a manager hangs up on a client and they talk over them because the client is upset, you basically are saying you don't care about any of your clients. Period."

Now, I have gotten great help from Sam I believe He's a dept. Manager.. I have just met Jeremy another very helpful sales person, as well. "On 10-31-2023 Red Headed Joe, returns department, Lake in the Hills location. Joe treated myself in a unprofessional manner. The particulars would bore you but even his "tool expert" agreed with me! Even after the transaction, Joe couldn't let it go! Joe you're in the wrong position. Even the guy in the picture knows where to go. Thank you Joe for sending another customer to the Orange box! The reviews of this store already speak volumes. If you don't take care of your customers, selection and value become worthless."

"First of all, I'd like to acknowledge Rima (I think that's her name). She went above and beyond to help me establish credit. I normally don't apply for credit but she was helpful and convincing. Also, props to the app. It told me the quantity, aisle, and bay for the item I needed. It was spot-on. I needed a very specific and rather unusual water heater. My plumber indicated that the supply house was out of stock and it would take 6-weeks to order. Google to the rescue and I located not one but two of my unicorn."

"My wife and I had a great experience with Adam Z, tools associate, and John at the Customer Service desk. We were not familiar with the Craftsman metal cabinets and took chest. Adam went the extra mile helping us selecting the right products and finding them at the store. John accommodated our request to have everything ready a couple of days later. Two days later John helped another Lowe’s associate (didn’t get his name) to load everything into my trailer (two trips). I was extremely satisfied with the whole process. I definitely recommend buying metal cabinets at Lowe’s."
