"Well, since the pandemic, I haven't actually visited any Steak and shake restaurants. I remember long lines and waits yo be seated. I was quite surprised that, for the most part, customers place their orders themselves at any available in store kiosk l. I belive you cam place the order in advance from their app. Then you pay at the kiosk or app and seat yourself with the receipt. In a little while they bring your order to you. The food was good but not how I remember it. The French fries were great, the butterfinger Shake was outstanding! The server was polite and courteous. I visited the restaurant near 1130am on a Thursday, and guess what no linens waiting."
