"Store was not clean by Starbucks standards, trash bin was overflowing, floors were not clean. Staff was not cheerful, looked extremely stressed out. Maybe this was mainly a drive thru with some seating resulting in these issues?"

"I like to study in here before going into work and the entire staff led by Heather has done nothing but give top tier, attentive service. Heather always makes sure to ask how I am doing, the staff is prompt to assist with my order, and even in the midst of morning coffee chaos my order comes out fast and with he same great starbucks taste. Helluva job by the team!!"

"The place as a location is so beautiful, super nice panoramic view located in the heart of the AMC Naperville Plaza. The store manager, Tabitha is a very, very kind lady that has a great team she works with. No matter what, they are there to make you happy with every order they take, they prepare it for you with their full of love hearts."

"This was my first and last time at this store! This store is super dirty and service is horrible. I decide to go inside because I saw the drive thru was super busy. When I first walked in the first thing I saw was a table with a bunch of garbage on it Then I looked around and I realized that everywhere was dirty. So I decide to order my coffees (mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino) I ordered 2 so I only got one so I asked where my second one was they said I only ordered 1 with a really bad attitude I told them that I ordered 2 at this point I was getting frustrated because I was in a rush so when I got the seconds coffee they put a different topping they said because they couldn’t find the other topping I had to take because I was running out of time.
