"We had 260 people attend a Halloween enthusiasts group event we hosted there and Moretti's handled everything perfectly! The table linens were orange and black, the lights were even orange and they were able to broadcast our group video onto all of the monitors scattered throughout our space so that everyone could enjoy it! The appetizers and food were constantly being refilled so that no one waiting in line missed anything. They were even able to accommodate a couple of guests with dietary restrictions such as gluten free options and dairy free options. If we could give them more than 5 stars we would. Our group is constantly growing and we will be back again next year! Thanks to Amanda and the whole staff for making our event a huge success!"

"I previously left a 5 star review, however after speaking to Isabella and the GM at Bartlett Morretis I am extremely disappointed in their level of service. I had called to see if there was anything they could do about my deep dish pizza order since they had put black olives in it last time. I thought since I had the receipt, pictures, and record of my visit there should be no issue at all. Instead they treated me like someone who was trying to take snag at free pizza which was not the case at all. Just wanted to see if there was anything they could do to make up for us not being able to try the deep dish last time. I was frustrated but not once did I argue or act rudely. They simply just did not want to help me. “Went here on Tuesday night with a reservation for 8 people. They had our table ready on time and waitress was very nice. Given that the restaurant was extremely busy I understand that they didn’t have time to spend a lot of time at our table but our waitress would literally come and not come back for 10-12 mins. Every time we asked for something, we’d get it 10 mins later which was very annoying but she was very nice and I’m sure she was trying. Food was a 10/10 and the price was crazy good! We paid $46 for 2 orders of garlic bread, two 16” pizzas, and one 12” deep dish pizza. Unfortunately we got olives on the deep dish and my fiancé can’t stand olives, and since it would take a long time to remake we just left it- our server Heather apologized. Other than price, pizza was GREAT, it was well done like we asked for and flavor was impeccable. Will definitely be revisiting!”"

"I had delivery on a Monday night in November. I used GrubHub. I had been checking out reviews beforehand because I usually go eat pizza at a different place and I was specifically looking for a deep dish. I went with it, and I am completely satisfied. It arrived still hot. The crust is crispy and light. Toppings to slow quality ingredients, there was enough sauce, and it felt a little chunky which I liked. And there wasn’t too much cheese. Most importantly, it didn’t taste too salty either. I’m not really sure what all these complaints came from other than just bad luck, and typical naturally bad luck restaurant experience."

"I wish I took pictures of this space when it was fully set up because it was IMMACULATE! Honestly for the price you pay to rent this space out you are getting a DEAL! We hosted a Sneaker Ball here for my church group and it was truly an outstanding experience! Jasmine, Julietta, and Beatrice were FANTASTIC! I can’t stress that enough and I’m so grateful they were there to assist us! Rob was the manager on sight and he was polite and very helpful. They had beautiful house center pieces and color coordinated everything we asked for (they have an array of options to select from)! I can’t express enough how happy I am with the service and treatment we got here. Highly recommend this space for all your special event needs, big or small they can definitely accommodate you!"
