"Out of the last 7 visits 3 were not good. Had hard bagle bites, waiting 20min for decaf because the one guy forgot about be. The tonight wanted a decaf iced and was told 30min. I prefer decaffeinated this should never be a issue at DD ever."

I totally understand that the employees are primarily teens but obviously owner/manager at this location should be training their employees better. Maybe it's time for corporate to actually fix the problem."

This makes me not wanna come here ever again I’m sorry. This is the 3rd time I’ve gotten this I was giving them some chances but now I’m done with this place."
"I ordered two large raspberry lattes. I got home and opened the top because they felt light when they were handed to me. They were half empty. I also had to tell him my order again at the window. For 14 dollars for two coffees, this is a joke."
