"I called during business hours (around 10pm). I was left hanging for over 30 minutes on the phone without anyone picking up. This was very frustrating. I was not able to even place an order because no one was answering the phone. I will NOT being going back to this location. 0/5 stars. Very disappointing… Ruined my dinner plans. If they can’t answer their phone, why would I trust them with an online purchase. I have never had terrible service like this EVER through a pizza place…"
"it was pretty okay. its dominos. the food is all the same. staff was cool. friendly, kinda busy and they were rushing around even though there were 6 or more employees. small place too inside. not much waiting room. staff was cool."
"The app showed ~25 minutes for pickup on Friday night. I waited for nearly an hour after that. As I sat I watched many other people cycle into the lobby and back out without pizza. Not sure what happed, but they just need to be straight about how long it's gonna take. Not a fan of the "bait and switch". I would have never ordered if they showed me 80 or 90 minutes for a simple pizza."
"Ordering from the app is very easy. Pick up times are usually very accurate. Delivery times have been slumping lately though. I know they are probably slammed so we don't make a big deal of it at the moment. I am sure the team will get back on track. Either way Dominos always makes it right. They are proactively tracking their delivery performance and send apology emails and perks right after delivery is confirmed. No other pizza place we go to is doing that proactively. It's why we always come back. They stand by their product and hold themselves accountable."
"The store manager Lori has a bad attitude. They overcooked my order and she only refunded half of the order I asked for the district manager and corporate’s information and wasn’t given it I would like for the district manager or corporate to call me as I need a full refund on this order and perhaps Lori should find a new job if she doesn’t like what she does"
