"Went in through the drive thru not busy at all asked for a VENTI refresher, got a grande instead told the lady about the mistake ( i wouldnt have mind paying the difference) the lady went in their and exchanged the cup BUT filled up the venti cup with ALOT of ice, you can feel how heavy the drink is because of it i should of just stayed with the grande cup if all she was going to do is fill it up with a bunch of ice, very dissapointed wont be going their anymore"
