"3 times been there to get soup or soup and sandwich through the drive thru and each time was horrible service!!! It should not take 25 minutes to go through the drive and get your food when there isn’t even any customers inside. Also if there is any car that’s food isn’t ready when they get to the window, they should be asked to move to a parking spot so other people can get their food. Absolutely the worst service ever!!"
"I placed an order online through the app and it was a shame to have to throw my sandwich in the trash because the lettuce was literally rotten, this is unacceptable."
"It's Panera.. So the food is pretty consistently good as you'd expect. The service has been slowly improving.. Today was the first day since they've opened when the drive thru was actually efficient and Pretty quick.. But for this area, the inside of the restaurant is really too small and the atmosphere isn't as inviting as other locations. The lack of size and seating makes you feel rushed and less likely to spend more money."
"Smaller facility than other Panera's so really no quiet, semi-private areas to meet. But food is consistent with the other facilities. Convenient location. Much needed in the area."
"New, modern and clean restaurant with friendly staff. Food was on point with other Panera locations: fresh and tasty. The chocolate chips cookies are a must try! The egg white spinach breakfast sandwich is great. Soups and salads are always solid options."
