"I’m not sure what’s happened to this place over the last two years, but It’s gone completely down hill. I used to visit multiple times a week but after my last visit never again. I had a free smoothie on the reward app and they still insisted that I needed to pay for it. It wasn’t the complete amount but they still wanted to charge me something for it. After I received my order, it was completely the wrong smoothie. I’ve had a couple bad experiences before this but I kept going in hopes that their smoothies would turn out delicious like they used to. Nowadays, their customer service is garbage and their smoothies are mediocre. Don’t rely on just my review to make your decision. Take a look at all the newer reviews, the ones that have been left over the last year. They are all terrible!!"
