"Great atmosphere and customer service; $60 for two 18” two topping pizzas. The cheese is good but the texture and thickness to that and the pepperoni made me feel like I was eating pretend pizza. Secret sauce is delicious but I feel it too lightly sauced. They were barely sliced, it quickly turned into a mess lol"
"I must express my disappointment with the recent experiences at this particular Grimaldi’s Pizza. While we are avid fans of Grimaldi’s and appreciate the exceptional quality of their pizzas, our repeated visits to this location over the last 4 weeks has really sucked. We wanted to give this place a chance but the recurring issue of items being out of stock and the consistently slow or nonexistent service has made a negative impression here. They don’t have limes, most times they’re out of several desserts, even their own signature wine. How do you not have in stock wine that was specifically hand crafted for your restaurant??? Regrettably, we’ve have had the same waitress twice and the service provided was subpar, marked by forgetfulness and apparent lack of experience. She couldn’t even bring out tea. The appetizers came out and I still didn’t have my iced tea. I had to ask the sweet hostess who was kind enough to bring drinks. With our water we asked for a lime and were told they were out of stock. Miraculously she brought some when brought to attention the person next to us with a bar drink had a lime. This location needs to do better with inventory management as they’re always out of several items. Additionally, their servers need more training. It is no wonder why this location is never busy. Going forward we will try other locations as this Grimaldi’s needs to get their act together. Consistently a horrible dining experience. The pizza is good but if you want decent service and want to ensure the item you order is available, don’t waste your time here."
"Great lunch and lunch meeting spot….good way to share food, conversation and connect with clients/friends! Food quality high, staff attentiveness higher!!!! I have always taken pizza home , for my first time dining in they passed the test!!!! A+! It’s too packed for me for dinner but that’s ok….well done!!"
"Decided to go here after a friend posted some pictures of their visit. We were seated pretty quickly and ordered an Antipasto as an app. I was somewhat disappointed when it arrived. Bread seemed pretty bland and could have done with a bit of toasting. While the salami was average and the cheese nothing to write home about. When the pizza arrived i was pleased by the amount of toppings but knew almost instantly it was quantity over quality. The Don's sausage chunks were plentiful but overpowered the pizza. The pepperoni was decent. I tend to favor pepperoni that's thin and crisps up on the oven, as opposed to thick, small pepperoni found here. The pepperoni was by no means bad, but reminded me a bit of prepackaged pepperoni you can find in bulk at Sam's. While everything tasted good, it was just steps away from tasting wonderful. The sauce was good, the cheese was also just good. But for me a pizza lives and dies by the dough. And while definitely steps above your general pizza, it lacked the chewy/crunchy texture you might get at a higher end pizza place for relatively the same price. Dessert, honestly, hit me by surprise. The cheesecake was fluffy and one of the best cheesecake I've ever had. I'd go as far to say that it gives the cheesecake factory, found a few streets over, a run for their money. My partner had the chocolate cannoli, which only had filling at both ends, as opposed to throughout, which I found weird. All in all, I think if you're in the area, it's a great place to try if you're curious. Would l go out of my way to eat here? Unfortunately, there are better pizza places in the dfw if you want high quality pizza."
