"I wish I could give it negative 10 stars. The manager of the lock shop in believe his name is Shannon and the store manager Dan are dirtbags. I drove a truck to them to have a key and fob cut and programmed. I DROVE IT THERE!!! After wasting 3 hours of my ti.e from them getting absolutely nowhere with my vehicle....they say they cannot program keys. Ok no big deal. Go to start my vehicle and nothing. Shannon says they didn't do anything and it's not their fault. Ok so I have it towed from there to the dealership. Somehow they wiped out the programming to the BCM and deleted the required programming for the set of keys I showed up with to start the truck. $100 dollar tow bill and $1067 dollars at the dealer. Ok no big deal. I went to the store and spoke with the store manager directly (Dan) and informed him of the situation. Meanwhile, informing him that Shannon told me verbatim "I don't need your business you can take it elsewhere" because, he didn't want to face the problem he caused. So, I handed Dan the receipts and told him the situation and he said he would run it up to the top and get it situated. This was about 5 months ago. I've called multiple times. After the first 2 weeks I called and spoke with Dan again and he informed me the paperwork was still sitting on his desk and that he didn't even do anything with it yet. I've called 3 or 4 more times since and they honestly don't care. Couldn't even be man enough to call me and say "hey, sorry but we decided we are a terrible business and nobody here cares about our customers and we aren't going to do anything about it". Hell, I would of respected that more than just hiding and hoping it would go away. I used to take alot of my business there for years. Bought alot of hands tools, big green egg, lawn supplies. I will absolutely never go back there. I've told multiple people about it and they have since quit going there as well. Seriously, what do you think would happen if you purchased a product from their store and needed a warranty issue? I bet every dollar I have you wouldn't get anywhere with them. It's sad because ace used to be that local store you actually wanted to go to over lowes or home depot. Stay away. The management is crippling that location."

"I went in for some epoxy to repair my car windshield and didn't know where to look. The people there were all very helpful and friendly, and I quickly found what I needed. The prices weren't too expensive, either."
