"We never complain about service at this Sonic, but today was perhaps the worst. We literally had to wait 30 minutes for our food today and when we it was already cold. The only great service we did get was the carhop gal, Morgan who was friendly and appeared to be the only one working both sides. As it appeared they were short staffed. I felt sorry for her and I'm sure we weren't the only dissatisfied customer today because the drive thru was closed and some of the stalls were not even working and some people got tired of waiting and left . Just one bad experience that we have had at this location. Hope for better service next time."

"Ordered 4 cheeseburgers, tots, and 2 cherry limeade. Waited for an HOUR, then unfortunately didn't check my bag. Got 2 pretzels (no cheese sauce) and an order of mozzarella sticks. Tried to call twice and of course no one answered."

"I have never had issues here before, and I’ve lived in Marion FOR YEARS. However, you would think common courtesy if you’re doing drive through only would be to let people know as soon as you respond to their button … not after you tell them “hang on we’ll be right with you” THREE TIMES and they’re left sitting there with their window open for 15 minutes while their 6 month old infant is freezing in the backseat. Don’t worry, we went to McDonalds instead."

"I have never had a problem with the service here before. I went to get food with my boyfriend after work and the guy came out with a fake, high pitched voice. I went to get my food out and they dumped my tater tots in the bag instead of setting them in so I had tater tots everywhere. I didn't get the ketchup packets I had ordered with it. My boyfriend talked to them and it was the same guy who brought it out the first time and he had a normal voice that time. Somebody had to put him up to it so whoever did, it isn't funny, and they need to stop making people do things because they think it's funny. I feel bad for them. Very disappointing."

"Decided to try it out today. Cannot say that I will be back anytime soon or at all. Boneless BBQ chicken looked as though it had been sitting awhile. Very small pieces nothing but breading. Extremely hard. Pretty much a rule of thumb, but if you know yourself that you would not eat something looking so bad why would you serve it to someone else just saying. The Sonic in Herrin is much better. The food looks better and the location is overall a lot cleaner. Had I not had to rush back to work I would have gotten something else or got my money back. Absolutely no excuse for poor quality a food appearance. It is definitely hard to find good help living in the day’s that we do. People are very limited to good customer service and great food while dining out."
