"Fast service and great food. I had the philly cheese steak omelet and it was outstanding. The blueberry muffin bites were also extremely good. It was clean and friendly with quick service and fresh food."

"Breakfast started out fine, The waitress was pleasant and all but after we arrived they got very busy. It took quite a while to get food, of course it was luke warm. Hardly saw our waitress again and didn't get refills until just before leaving. A couple of other errors on order, but hey that's America today, mediocrity. Definitely not worth the over $80.00 bill for 4 persons."

"I ordered online thru grubhub to pickup a plain waffle and paid almost $8. When I got it, it was cold and limp, and the back of it was still RAW IN THE MIDDLE. When I called the restaurant, I spoke with NICK (if he's the manager, they need to do better) and he said they cook them to 3 min 30 sec and that's all he knows to tell me. That I should call grubhub for a refund. He could have simply apologized and offered to make me another waffle, something I know costs them less than $2 to make that they charge $6 for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL AND DONT EXPECT FOR ANY SORT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also, I noticed that any complaints here get a standard, generic apology and direct to a company website from the Huddle House. It's the same exact response on every complaint, so I wouldn't expect much for customer service online or thru corporate either, but I'm still going to try to reach out."

"I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this was an absolutely terrible experience. We had a choice of several places to go for breakfast and we came here. We waited for over AN HOUR for our food (with a 2 year old). The 2-3 servers were working hard but the kitchen staff could NOT have been moving any slower. Meanwhile I watched the head cook in a red shirt answer his cell phone (with his gloves on), talk while cooking food, put his phone in his pocket and then proceed to touch food with the SAME GLOVES. THEN when we got our food it was just... EDIBLE. The hash browns I got were SO GREASY. I posted a picture of the puddle of grease on my plate after I moved my hash browns to another plate. Oh and be careful when you bite into the hash browns, you might break a tooth! They were SO overcooked. My fiancé couldn't even finish his food (hash browns, bacon, eggs and a cold waffle) because of the amount of grease in the food. The biscuits and gravy lacked ANY flavor. Just DON'T GO THERE."
