"I was told to pull forward for my mobile order and after 15 mins I gave up waiting and went back through the drive thru. Once there, they told me they forgot they had a car pulled and because of that my food was luke warm at best. How do you forget you have an order ready? I work fast food as well so I just expected the workers here to have SOME sense. Please for the love of all that is Holy, don't spend money here."

"Waited in the drive through for almost an hour and all we ordered was a whopper and a number 4 we watched almost 8 cars that got there after us get food before us. Went to go inside and they had locked the doors 2hrs early and the person sweeping the lobby saw me and ignored me when we finally got our food it was cold. The lady didn’t even apologize for the wait as she went to walk away I said excuse me our food is cold and I was ignored. I will not be returning"
