"My fiancé and I stumbled across this place a few weeks ago. Today was our fourth time ordering. Each time has been for delivery. Although the food is very good, the service is horrendous. I saw a few reviews saying that they deliver small amounts of chips, but the first 2 times we had not had problems. Last week for dinner we ordered food that included two things of queso dip. Our food arrived and only came with half of a bag of broken up chips. We called and they said we would need to come in for more chips. We ordered delivery for a reason…we aren’t going to drive and fix your mistake! Anyways…we made an order tonight and figured we would call to ensure they put chips in the bag. Well, the first guy answers and had no idea what I’m saying. I’m sympathetic of the language barrier, but if you can’t understand me…don’t just hang up the phone. So I call again after being hung up on and the dude hangs up on me again. I call a third time and I’m sent to voicemail. Finally, I call a fourth time and a new guy answers, completely ignores what I’m saying or doesn’t understand and continues yelling into the background with others in Spanish. THEN HANGS UP!! Like come on…show some respect to your customers. We ended up asking our delivery guy to make sure chips are in the bag…we will see what happens. So unprofessional! Do not answer the phone if you know you are just going to hang up because you can’t understand…get somebody else to answer!"

"The food is delicious but the women that work in this place are absolutely rude and nasty the young girls and the old ladies the guys that work here never a problem!! Menudo pero mucho precio por pequeño."

"We visited Panderia Oaxaquena for the first time this evening. As soon as we came in the door we were seated and gave our drink orders. The chips were still warm when they brought them out. We ordered Al Pastor Street Tacos and Steak Fajitas with handmade corn tortillas. Everything was excellent, but the handmade tortillas were particularly heavenly. It appears to be a family-owned mom and pop type of place. Its a bit off the beaten path, but certainly worth it. Great service and great food. We will absolutely be back!"
