"I had a one item order, a frappee. I put my order in at 5:04pm it is now 5:21pm and I still don't have my Frappee, this is all after I have already called inside there and checked to make sure it went though and they apologized and said it was on the way out and I still haven't got it."

"Got my number 5 yesterday and the hash brown was cool barely warm, McGriddle was stale, overpriced oj was fine. Today I pull up and as usual the automated system does its thing and I try and order, got told to hold a min. Cool no biggie happens every morning. Wait wait wait 3 min with no contact another car pulls up after I was waiting 3 min got their order taken. I left, I backed out and left. That’s just plain bad. I come in almost every morning and I feel that is going to stop after this. 2 bad experiences in two days not a good look."
