"The kid working in the store knows absolutely nothing. This is the second time I’ve been here recently and all he had to say is i don’t know, or no one ever told me that. Today I happened to need a jump, went back into the store ask him if he could give me a jump and he said we don’t have cars referring to himself and the woman working In the store and said he couldn’t use a company vehicle to give me a jump. Come on advanced auto parts!!!! Do better hiring!!!! Seriously. I don’t expect someone to be an expert but I do expect some simple answers and to be able to get a jump if needed. I would give you 0 stars if I could."
